Shipping Charges

Orders below ₹499 will incur a shipping charge of ₹99. Orders between ₹499 and ₹999 will incur a shipping charge of ₹49. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner serviceability, public holidays and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us. Any re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be communicated to the customer.

Force Majeure

Deliveries may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Order Cancellation

Requests for cancellation may be considered if received before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
